Crested 'JOR-POR-RAW' Royal Envelope (tear at left) containing Royal Crested 'CHIANG PUAK' letter appointing 'MIKTAD BEY, Sergent de S.M.L. de Sultan a Knight of the Crown of Siam' with a large circular seal hand-stamp in red dated '19th Dec 1899' and signed by the King 'SIAMIM' (short for Chulalongkorn) together with crested document being an English translation. (The Vichet Eurtivong collection of 'Siam Royal Mail' Christies Swire 26th Oct 1993 contained a 1907 envelope and letter appointing 'Prince Nares Vavariddi (Minister of Defence.)

In april 2005 the idea to build a place where collectors, customers and investors from all over the world could meet, was realized.
Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
