1924, ALGARSSON NORTH POLE EXPEDITION, envelope with blue label inscribed "CARRIED BY AIRSHIP FROM LONDON TO LIVERPOOL" and handstamped "SPECIMEN". The flight was abandoned due to lack of funds and never happened thought some elements of the expedition took place. This is No. 96 of the 99 envelopes, which does prepared for the flight! EXTREMLY RARE!

Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
