General Terms and Conditions
My Time S.a.s. is an Italian company, founded in 1997, with registered seat in Via S. Vittore 3, 20123 Milano - Italy.
The society deals with the sale and purchase of collectibles with a particular interest for postage stamps, coins, and watches.
We guarantee that the products on sale conform to the description and, unless otherwise stated, are those reproduced in the relative image (high-resolution scan) on the website.
The purchaser can therefore assess the state of preservation and know the specific characteristics of the object before making a purchase.
We will consider the return of the purchased items if they do not comply with the description and/or with the photographic reproduction within 15 days from the day of sending, refunding buyers within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods (at buyer's expense that undertakes to send the returned item via a tracked shipping service (registered letter, conventional insured mail) in packaging that guarantees protection and non-damage during shipment.
We ship worldwide.
The prices are indicated in euros, net of shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated, and for national and UE purchases, they include VAT (22% flat rate for coins and 10% flat rate for stamps).
My Time Sas is registered in the One Stop Shop (OSS) system.
If the shipping address is in a extra-UE country, the purchase may be subject to customs duties and import taxes peculiar to the country of destination.
For Extra-EU purchases, the sale price is understood to be net of VAT and net of any other tax or duty due for the import of the purchased goods. Therefore, My Time Sas applies, unless otherwise agreed with the buyer or by special customs agreement between Italy and the country of destination, the Incoterms DAP (Delivery at place) contractual clauses: any additional cost of customs clearance and related paperwork will be entirely borne by the buyer who may contact the customs offices of his country for details. The purchaser shall also be the sole person responsible for the correct observance of the regulations provided for in his own country and is therefore invited to inquire about this and make sure that the goods he has ordered are not prohibited by the laws in force in the country of destination.
In the interest of the buyer, My Time Sas uses only the tracked shipping services of Poste Italiane (national and international registered mail) that offer a higher standard of security and reliability. However, at the specific request of the customer, who in this way assumes all responsibility for the shipment risks, we also ship by ordinary letter.
Shipments are made by registered mail at a flat rate of € 8.00 for Italy and at a flat rate of € 12.00 for the rest of the world in packaging that may guarantees protection and non-damage during shipment.
For orders over € 200, whether single or cumulative, the shipping costs by standard registered mail are free.
