1914: GA-Postkarte 2 d. auf 10 Pfg. rot, Setting B, mit zusätzlichem, provisorischen Schreibmaschinenaufdruck "Sold at 1 D." und "2d." durchbalkt, in Luxuserhaltung. Die Karte zeigt rückseitig vorgedruckte Neujahrswünsche. Eine außerordentlich seltene Ganzsache, von der nur 3 Exemplare bekannt sind (2 gestempelt, 1 ungestempelt). Diese Ganzsache ist somit ein Unikat. Provenienz: Robert M. Gibbs. ÷ 2 d./10 Pf., Postal Stationery card with provisional typewritten surcharge in violet "Sold at 1 D." and "2d." barred, unused, perfect condition. The reverse shows a printed New Year's Message signed by Sgt. G. W. Moore (Chief Post Master). This is the only unused example known. (Gibbs PS 6)
For this lot an additional 7% for Import Expenses (Taxes) will be charged. This Lot is under the margin tax system (§25a USTG). The VAT (MWSt) is not displayed seperate on the bill.

Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
