An ex-library hard-back (with a lot of residual evidence), originally published in two volumes c1870, this revised and (now) illustrated edition was published by Chatto and Windus in 1886. It measures 140 x 196 mms, has 492 pages plus 32 pages of the publisher's adverts, 38 illustrations, is internally clean (but has a lot of foxing at the ends and a little bit in the middle, too), sound covers (just beginning to come away from the body), and no dust-jacket.

Postage as from June 2012: UK = £4.75, Europe = £9.30, RoW = £15.85.
